Easy as ABC Marketing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assigned sales routes, developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. This position offers a competitive base salary plus attractive commissions based on performance. 

Required Experience:

  • Driver licence is a plus
  • Negotiating skill
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent communication skills whilst building rapport with clients.
  • Strong working knowledge of personal computers (use of Microsoft Word and Outlook)
  • Strong phone, typing skills required 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products/services along assigned routes. 
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups. 
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain excellent customer service standards. 
  • Accurately record sales transactions, payments, and delivery confirmations. 
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management. 
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. 
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of 4 CXCs including English
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience working in the same capacity
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in route or field sales. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Valid driver’s license and provide abstract license.

  • Base salary plus uncapped earning potential through commissions.
