Requirement:

    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of pure B2B outbound sales experience with a proven ability to cold call and fully close deals over the phone or video, rather than just setting appointments.
    • Highly consultative approach (specifically the tactful ability to run "Audit" sessions with client to identify opportunities and suggest possible fixes)
    • English fluency (clearly articulate the value proposition and build instant rapport with hospitality professionals)
    • Demonstrated daily dial targets (100+ preferred)
    • Experience selling to US SMB or mid-market
    • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
    • KPI-driven environment background
    • Strong cultural alignment with US buyers
    • Deep outbound sales history (Retail, energy, telecom, fintech, merchant services)
    • High confidence and consultative selling style
