An industry-leading aviation services organization is in search of a qualified Safety Manager to champion its safety framework and safeguard alignment with worldwide regulatory standards.

Role Overview
The Aviation Safety & Compliance Manager will be responsible for driving a culture of safety and quality across all operations, ensuring compliance with local and international aviation standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to safeguard staff, customers, and assets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage the company’s comprehensive safety framework.

  • Lead investigations into safety events, prepare formal reports, and follow through on corrective measures.

  • Track, assess, and escalate any safety, quality or security concerns in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct periodic audits and risk evaluations, ensuring hazards are identified and addressed promptly.

  • Deliver training sessions and awareness campaigns to reinforce best practices across the workforce.

  • Guarantee adherence to all internal and external safety standards, including those set by JCAA, Airport Authorities, IATA, ICAO, and airlines.

  • Encourage proactive ownership of safety  and quality responsibilities among staff at every level.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A first degree in Business, Safety, or a related field.

  • Strong grounding in Occupational Health & Safety principles and regulations.

  • At least three (3) years’ experience in a leadership or management role.

  • Previous exposure to the aviation industry would be a distinct advantage.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

  • High levels of integrity, discretion, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.

  • Computer literacy with strong command of Microsoft Office; English fluency essential.
