Summary

Total Office is expanding its technical department and is looking for a person to assist in doing office layouts, renders and quotes for customers.

The duties of the job include:

• Doing bills of quantities for office furniture and other products.
• Conceptualizing office environments.
• Doing layouts of office environments.
• Rendering offices
• Putting together tender packages
• Preparing and submitting tenders and quotes

 Desirable attributes

• Applicant must be creative with background and/or interest in graphics or rendering.
• Experience with Autocad or another design software such as sketch up is desirable but not necessary.
• Experience with excel, word and PowerPoint is necessary.
• Applicant must be a self starter, articulate,
• Professionalism and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative with the desire to learn new skills.
• Experience with Graphic rendering software (such as Photoshop) desirable but not necessary
