As the Service Manager at Bermuda Motors Limited, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's automotive servicing and repair department. This is a full-time position based in Bermuda.
What you'll be doing
Manage and oversee the work of the service department, including scheduling, job assignment, and quality control
Ensure that all servicing and repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting customer expectations
Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide technical expertise and advice
Manage inventory and order parts and supplies as needed to support the service operations
Mentor and train technicians and service advisors to develop their skills and improve overall team performance
Maintain comprehensive records of all service work and provide detailed reports to management
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
