Job Description

We are seeking suitably qualified high performing audit seniors/supervisors to join our Audit & Business Advisory division. You will be involved in providing assurance services to our portfolio of international regional and local clients in the wide range of economic sectors. You will be responsible for the execution of the PKF risk based audit approach and guiding audit teams during the fieldwork.

Successful applicants must have a strong technical background with working knowledge of IFRS and ISA.

The position reports to the Managers/Partners and will have direct responsibility for a number of audit teams as follows:

Major Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead client audit engagements, which include planning executing, directing, and completing financial audits.
• Obtain a thorough understanding of generally accepted auditing standards and common audit procedures and techniques.
• Supervise, train and mentor associates and interns on audit processes.
• Research and analyze financial statement and audit related issues.
• Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business.
• Proactively interact with key client’s management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements.
• Perform other job related duties as necessary. 

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA) and/or a Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of external audit experience.
