We're hiring an Asst. HR Manager

The Assistant HR Manager will assist in providing various HR and Administrative support functions to include recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, maintaining employee records, processing monthly payroll and dealing with all other employee queries and/or related HR and Admin issues. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials. 

  • Employee Records:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data. 

  • Payroll and Benefits:

Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee inquiries related to pay and benefits. 

  • Employee Relations:

Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and grievances, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. 

  • Training and Development:

Support the planning and implementation of training programs and employee development activities. 

  • Compliance:

Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, and compliance with relevant labour laws. 

  • Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing email communication. 
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail:

HR assistants need to be able to keep track of a large amount of information and ensure that records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:

They need to be able to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software:

HR assistants often use various software programs to manage employee records, payroll, and other HR functions.

 

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures:

They need to be familiar with the HR policies and procedures of the company and be able to provide guidance to employees.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion:

HR assistants often handle sensitive information about employees, so they need to be able to keep this information confidential. 
Qualification & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in HR  
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets and building excellent customer relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and SAGE Evolution

Knowledge & Skills

  • Statistical knowledge for analysis and problem solving
  • Proficient in Payroll Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel) and SAGE Evolution
  • God Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills (ability to establish good relations with all levels of employees)
  • Excellent time management and organizing skills
