Job Description

As a Associate Manager - Creative Specialist, you will lead the internal marketing and communication strategy to enhance employee engagement, company culture, and the overall connection between our people and the employer brand. You’ll be responsible for crafting powerful narratives, running creative campaigns, and developing visual content aligned with our brand identity.

  • Design and implement the internal communication strategy, aligned with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and cultural goals.
  • Lead creative internal campaigns (monthly or quarterly) to drive engagement and reinforce key messages.
  • Manage and optimize internal communication channels (intranet, internal app, newsletters, screens, etc.).
  • Write and design key messages, corporate communications, and multi-format content (visual, written, and audiovisual).
  • Develop and produce graphic materials such as presentations, infographics, visual campaigns, and simple video animations.
  • Track performance using KPIs (engagement, participation, reach, feedback, etc.).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and HR to cascade messages and align on business priorities.
  • Ensure all internal communications align with the company’s tone, voice, and visual identity.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • BSc. in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Strong planning and execution skills: You love organizing and seeing events through from start to finish.
  • Bubbly and outgoing personality: You're approachable, energetic, and genuinely enjoy interacting with people.
  • Creative content creation skills: You have a knack for writing compelling messages and can create simple visual content (e.g., using Canva, basic video editing apps).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
