The Assistant to the Managing Director provides administrative and operational support to executive management within the security company. The role involves assisting with recruitment and onboarding, payroll and accounts support, and general office administration.

  • Maintain daily communication with the Managing Director and the Trinidad team to provide updates and support operational coordination.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including participating in and coordinating recruitment drives to meet manpower requirements.
  • Contact and communicate with candidates regarding interviews, job opportunities, onboarding, and employment-related matters.
  • Ensure all new employees submit and maintain the required employment documents and records prior to engagement.
  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure accurate, secure, and accessible company and employee records.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director and management team.
  • Assist with onboarding and employee administration processes.
  • Support payroll and accounts functions through document preparation, record verification, and administrative coordination.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and office documentation as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Liaise professionally with employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Be available and willing to travel within Trinidad and Tobago for training, meetings, or operational requirements.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management in support of company objectives.
