Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Supervisor to assist Suparvisors in the daily operations and activities of our gas station. As the Assistant Supervisor, you will provide support in ensuring the safety and security of the customers, that all employees provide excellent customer service, and assist staff at the pumps and POS when it is busy.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations
• Able to manage staff and motivate employees
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
