We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Sponsorship Manager to support sponsorships, events, and brand activations. The role includes coordinating logistics, managing communication, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating sponsorship opportunities aligned with the company’s marketing objectives
  • Manage negotiations with major partners at a specific value and ensure execution of contracts
  • Support the execution of sponsorship campaigns and promotional activities
  • Coordinate marketing collateral, branding materials and giveaways for sponsored events
  • Develop event staffing plans, including resource requirements, roles and schedules
  • Design, implement and continuosly refine processes for sponsorship planning, approvals and execution
  • Track sponsorship perfromance metrics such as reach, engagement and KPIs
  • Maintain a centralized repository of sponsorship performance data for ongoing analysis

Requirements

  • 1st Degree in Marketing, Business Adminstration, Communications or related field
  • At least four (4) years’ working experience in events and sponsorships
  • Competent in the use of MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledgeable in copyriting and proofreading  
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Must own a reliable motor vehicle
