To execute their duties throughout the entire sales process, covering all categories of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (L.P.G) sold by the company. Specifically, - 20lb Depot Sales, - 100lb Sales, - House-to-House contractors, and - Fill Station customers.
The position will lead our Sales Team Leaders (STLs) to ensure seamless delivery, 100% SOP compliance, and peak customer satisfaction. From tracking GPS vehicle usage to managing high-volume inventory across our 20lb, 100lb, and House-to-House LPG channels, you will be the engine behind our distribution success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Leadership: Track sales targets, investigate variances, and develop winning strategies to hit monthly budgets.
- Systems Mastery: Act as the "Covestone" software expert—training staff, auditing digital manifests, and ensuring data integrity.
- Customer Excellence: Resolve complaints within 48 hours and conduct site visits to maintain market share and stop poaching.
- Fleet & Logistics: Coordinate with the Garage to ensure vehicle roadworthiness and optimize relay dispatches.
- HR & Accountability: Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and initiate disciplinary action when safety or policy infractions occur.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business Management or a similar field would be an asset
- Five (5) years working experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Computer literate, with intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
