A proactive Operations Leader with a strong background in aligning daily workflows with long-term strategic goals. Proven expertise in mentoring teams, executing business implementation plans, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Skilled in financial oversight, and operational management to drive continuous improvement and organizational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in leading and mentoring staff to ensure operational tasks align with the company’s strategic goals.
Contribute to the development of business strategies and take the lead in executing implementation plans.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving escalated issues and ensuring quality service.
Monitor key performance metrics and provide reports to senior management to help drive continuous improvement.
Supervise day-to-day workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth clinic/office operations.
Coordinate and conduct the orientation and training of new team members.
Assist in tracking budget expenses, managing petty cash, and monitoring daily income records.
Execute other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Management team to support business needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
Ability to multitask and remain effective in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
At least 3–5 years of professional experience.
Previous experience in the Medical Industry is highly preferred.
Special Requirements:
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts and/or weekends as required by the facility.
