Assistant Manager (Operations & Lead – Cinema) Locations: One Woodbrook Place, Price Plaza, Gulf City Mall

We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily cinema operations and lead shift teams with consistency and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can ensure standards are followed without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth shift execution
• Enforce operational standards and procedures consistently
• Lead and support front-line staff during peak and off-peak periods
• Ensure all instructions from management are acknowledged and implemented
• Monitor customer experience and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate communication and reporting
• Prepare and update operational reports

• Consistent adherence to established procedures
• Timely acknowledgment and follow-through on instructions
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage people and maintain standards under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to update reports accurately and work with basic formulas)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate Degree/ Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment environments is an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
