We are currently seeking a Assistant Guest Experience Manager, who is committed to creating outstanding experiences that are original and timeless.

 

The role of our Assistant Guest Experience Manager  

Our qualified Assistant Guest Experience Manager is responsible for leading the overall guest engagement & managing VIP guests’ experiences and ensures that all operational areas are aware of them for recognition and guest experience purposes.  He/She will keep in daily contact with those guests to ensure the highest service delivery experience, address any complaints, and will assist in ensuring a resolution to maximize guest satisfaction.

 

The Assistant Guest Experience Manager is also responsible of the Quality Assurance audits to be performed as required and is actively involved in upselling the Hotel Services.

 

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years working in customer service in luxury setting
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skill required
  • Technical proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Alice, Microsoft etc.)
