• Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage, train, and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor daily operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room inventory, and billing.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience is required. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role within a customer-facing service environment, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of service.

Desirable:

• Hotel exposure is a plus. Previous experience working within a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality setting is highly advantageous.
