Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Necker Island is seeking Assistant F&B Manager to support team development, drive guest engagement, deliver Necker’s Fun and X-Factor, manage stock and cost controls, and collaborate across departments to create personalised, memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications / Experience
 At least 3 years’ experience in a high-end resort environment in a supervisory or management role
 Minimum 1 year of people-management or leadership experience
 Quality 5-star resort/property background
 Strong beverage knowledge including wines, cocktails, and mocktails
 Strong Microsoft Excel skills and high computer literacy
 WSET Level 2 or equivalent
 Solid experience in inventory control and stock management
 Training experience is an advantage
 Hands-on, practical approach
 Valid driving licence

 Minimum 12-month contract (subject to work-permit approval)
