Necker Island is seeking Assistant F&B Manager to support team development, drive guest engagement, deliver Necker’s Fun and X-Factor, manage stock and cost controls, and collaborate across departments to create personalised, memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications / Experience
At least 3 years’ experience in a high-end resort environment in a supervisory or management role
Minimum 1 year of people-management or leadership experience
Quality 5-star resort/property background
Strong beverage knowledge including wines, cocktails, and mocktails
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and high computer literacy
WSET Level 2 or equivalent
Solid experience in inventory control and stock management
Training experience is an advantage
Hands-on, practical approach
Valid driving licence

Minimum 12-month contract (subject to work-permit approval)
Competitive salary
