Assistant Entertainment Manager

We are seeking an energetic Assistant Entertainment Manager for our luxury all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. Support the Entertainment Manager in planning and leading daily and nightly activities to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Assistant Entertainment Manager to join our team at a luxury, all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. This role supports the Entertainment Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing daily and nightly entertainment programs, ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, organization, and supervision of entertainment activities and events throughout the resort.

• Support in leading, training, and motivating the entertainment team to deliver engaging and professional performances.

• Ensure all entertainment programs align with guest expectations, brand standards, and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with other departments (Food & Beverage, Operations, Guest Services) to coordinate special events and activities.

• Monitor guest feedback and proactively adjust programs to maximize satisfaction.

• Manage schedules, rehearsals, and daily operations in the absence of the Entertainment Manager.

• Support budget control and resource allocation for the entertainment area.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or certification in Hospitality, Tourism, Performing Arts, or related field (preferred).

• Previous experience in a similar role within luxury resorts, cruise ships, or high-end hospitality.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a multicultural team.

• Excellent communication in English (Spanish is an asset).

• Creativity, charisma, and a passion for guest engagement.

• Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
