 Scope of Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Driver/Warehouse Assistant to support our logistics and warehouse operations. The role involves assisting with daily deliveries, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily delivery of company goods islandwide.

• Support with receiving, loading, unloading, counting, and stocking inventory.

• Package and label products accurately for dispatch.

• Verify that items billed on invoices match the products prepared for delivery.

• Arrange and organize stock in the warehouse for easy access and safe storage.

• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse and vehicle environment.

 Job Requirements:

• Five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English Language.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a driver with a valid General Driver’s License (up to 4000 KGS).

• At least 1 year of warehousing or related experience.

• Knowledge of Jamaica’s roadways and the Road Traffic Act/Regulations.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours and as part of a team.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ pounds regularly.

• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

• Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
