Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations, General Ledger, sub-ledgers, and accounting periods in NAV Business Central.
- Assist with periodic financial reporting, Board reports, and adherence to Group policies.
- Maintain controls for revenue, cash/treasury accounting, and GR/RSNI; collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, manage prepayments, accruals, and vendor maintenance.
- Support VAT returns, corporation tax installments, Green Fund Levy payments, and Fixed Asset management.
- Assist with internal and external audits and cost management reporting and inventory management.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 CXC passes, including Accounting.
- ACCA Level 1
- Minimum three (3) years relevant accounting experience.
- Minimum five (5) years supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft NAV or Dynamics is strongly preferred.
