Our client is seeking a highly qualified Assistant Accountant to support their Finance team in ensuring accurate financial management, maintaining internal controls, and collaborating across departments.

Salary: $12,000.00 to 15,000.00/month (maximum)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations, General Ledger, sub-ledgers, and accounting periods in NAV Business Central.
• Assist with periodic financial reporting, Board reports, and adherence to Group policies.
• Maintain controls for revenue, cash/treasury accounting, and GR/RSNI; collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, manage prepayments, accruals, and vendor maintenance. 
• Support VAT returns, corporation tax installments, Green Fund Levy payments, and Fixed Asset management. 
• Assist with internal and external audits and cost management reporting and inventory management. 

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 CXC passes, including Accounting.
• ACCA Level 1
• Minimum three (3) years relevant accounting experience.
• Minimum five (5) years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft NAV or Dynamics is strongly preferred.
