JOB SUMMARY

To support the Financial Management unit in completing bookkeeping, clerical and accounting tasks for a company.

 

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist with the preparation of ALL Investment reports for submission to the CFO upon finalization of the Management Package
  • Assist with Preparation of all CBTT Returns due quarterly and all other regulatory reports due (Tobago Data, BOP, CSO report (annually) etc
  • Assist with the Preparation of Insurance  Annual Statement for auditing prior to submission to CBTT
  • Assist with the preparation of ALL reports required by CBTT on a quarterly basis as needed and all statistical data as requested
  • Assist with the preparation of Corporation Tax due to BIR April 30th each year
  • Assist the Accountant in the preparation of any other reports which may be required 

 

 SECONDARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in any project that may be planned from time to time

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Minimum ACCA Level 2

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in General Insurance
