We’re seeking a dynamic Art Director to lead the creation of cutting-edge content for social media and digital platforms, with motion graphics comprising the majority of our content output. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in motion design, deeply fluent in current design software and emerging content tools, and able to oversee the creative process from concept to final delivery.
You will work closely with the Client Success Team, fostering collaboration and championing innovative visual solutions that drive engagement and brand growth.
• Plan, design, and produce motion graphics and video-based social media content (approximately 70% of total output), along with supporting static graphics.
• Work with the Client Success Team to interpret client briefs, understand target audiences, and align creative concepts with marketing objectives.
• Develop content strategies, visual storyboards, and campaign concepts in collaboration with the Client Success Team and Design Team.
• Produce editing, animation, motion graphics, and post-production to deliver high-quality outputs tailored for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Integrate and experiment with AI-driven creative tools (e.g. for image generation, video editing, content scaling, and personalization) to streamline workflows and enhance creative output.
• Brief and guide Team Members and Creative Collaborators to maintain creative consistency and quality.
• Attend and contribute to production meetings, location visits, and shoots to ensure alignment of visual direction.
• Deliver and manage versioning of creative assets across all digital platforms on time and to spec.
• Maintain and organize file structures and asset libraries, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Support the Project Manager in executing projects and achieving campaign goals.
• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other motion graphics tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, Figma).
• A solid understanding of social media platforms and the content formats that perform best on each.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advertising agency or digital creative studio.
• Experience integrating or experimenting with AI-powered creative tools is a strong advantage.
• Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling ability, and visual design skills.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.
