Support UN partnerships, volunteer mobilization, and talent outreach in Trinidad & Tobago. This role combines coordination, stakeholder engagement, and volunteer experience support within the UN system.
The UN Volunteers (UNV) programme contributes to peace and development by mobilizing skilled volunteers worldwide. In Trinidad and Tobago, UNV supports multi-agency programmes by strengthening partnerships and delivering volunteer solutions aligned with national priorities.
What you will do:
Support partnerships with UN agencies and identify volunteer mobilization opportunities
Manage partner relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and service delivery
Record opportunities and track engagement using CRM systems
Support talent outreach and attraction of qualified national candidates
Assist in organizing campaigns, events, and presentations to promote volunteerism
Contribute to onboarding and support of UN Volunteers throughout their assignment
Help ensure a positive volunteer experience and duty of care
Provide data, insights, and feedback to improve mobilization strategies
Postula si cumples con:
Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, operations, outreach, or related fields
Technical/vocational diploma in Social Sciences or related area
Fluency in English (required)
Experience with stakeholder engagement and client service
Knowledge of CRM systems or data management tools is an asset
Previous experience in volunteerism or development contexts is highly desirable
