SALARY: US$69,457.14-US$93,400.00 per annum

The position of Architect will provide design and technical expertise as so to translate the client’s needs and aspirations into building and environmental form. Also, to ensure relevant projects are implemented through the various stages of design, in conjunction with the client and other technical sections of the department including, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Project Managers, Engineers, Surveyors, Plumbers and Designers.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:  The post holder must possess a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from a recognized/accredited institution with a minimum of five years of relevant Architect level experience. Previous work experience within the Caribbean will considered an asset. He/she must have knowledge of constructional techniques, building methodologies, codes, zoning laws and knowledge in the use of BIM software. Additionally, the post holder must be able to assist with the operational/day-to-day supervision of support staff.

The remuneration package includes: Annual salary of $CI58,344-$78,456 (US equivalent $69,457.14-$93,400.00), non-contributory benefits include full medical and dental benefits for yourself and eligible dependents, as well as employer paid pension contributions of 12% of annual salary (6% employee and 6% employer contributions are paid in full by the employer).A relocation package for airfare and shipment of personal effects in also included.
