The primary role of the Applications Support Analyst is to manage and support core applications and their processes.
 
Core Responsibilities and Duties:

•  Provide day-to-day IT support to users.
• Travel to off-site offices.
• Perform job enrichment tasks such as providing appropriate professional advice and assistance to colleagues within the department.
• Assists with the development, installation, and implementation of IT systems and procedures. 
• Assist in overseeing the physical security, integrity, and safety of the IT infrastructure in accordance with Group and Company policies and industry best practices.
• Responsible for application/system research and analysis, including data analysis and release testing. Maintain ongoing project management, system maintenance, and documentation of all core applications.
• Provide and support recommendations for improved procedures and policies.
• Provide application support in resolving and troubleshooting problems.
• Provide advanced application support to effectively utilize the system infrastructure and resources. 
• Interact with software vendors to provide the best solutions to business problems.
