We are seeking an Airside Operations Manager to lead airside ground operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence in the turnaround of aircraft at a high-volume international airport.

Role Overview
The Airside Operations Manager will be responsible for leading all ground operations on the airside, ensuring strict compliance with aviation safety, security, and regulatory standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to maintain operational excellence in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily airside operations, including ramp, baggage, aircraft servicing, and support functions.
  • Ensure on-time performance (OTP) through effective coordination with airlines, ground handling teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Enforce compliance with all regulatory requirements (ICAO, IATA, TSA, JCAA, ISAGO).
  • Lead incident investigations, audits, and safety reviews, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Supervise and develop a large, diverse team of supervisors, leads, and staff, fostering a safety-first and customer-focused culture.
  • Act as the primary liaison with airline clients, airport authorities, and regulatory bodies.

  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Studies or a related field.

  • At least five (5) years’ experience in a leadership or management role.

  • Strong knowledge of airside operations, ramp safety, and international aviation standards.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

  • High levels of integrity, discretion, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.

  • Computer literacy with strong command of Microsoft Office; English fluency essential.
