About Us

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and highly motivated individual to join our team in the role of Airport Logistics Manager.

This position plays a critical role in the functional oversight of airport logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient airport operations, with a focus on logistics coordination, workforce performance, and service satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organizing and maintaining operational systems, procedures, and policies to support optimal staff performance and service excellence.
  • Coordinating ground operations—including ramp and passenger services—to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient execution of all activities.
  • Liaising with airport partners and clients to uphold high service standards and maintain effective account management.
  • Leading daily logistics planning and resource allocation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety standards, airport regulations, and operational protocols.
  • Coordinating and delivering training programs that meet internal, client, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting and documenting audits, inspections, and performance assessments to support operational excellence.
  • Supporting the recruitment, training, and development of staff to build and sustain a high-performing team.

Academic Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Management, Aviation, Logistics, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in airport operations or a similar logistics/operations management role (aviation experience is a distinct advantage).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively motivate and manage teams.
  • Proven experience in logistics and project management.
  • Excellent decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support effective client and team engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
