Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to support dealership partners across the U.S. automotive finance market. This role is responsible for maintaining strong dealer relationships, promoting financing opportunities, handling inbound support inquiries, and driving dealer engagement through high-volume outbound communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners through daily communication and exceptional customer service
- Handle inbound dealer inquiries related to loan applications, funding updates, missing documentation, vehicle changes, and account support
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to dealerships regarding approved loan opportunities and financing solutions
- Promote financing services and encourage dealer participation through effective communication and relationship management
- Re-engage inactive dealership accounts and secure future business commitments
- Communicate credit decisions within established service timelines
- Collaborate with dealer representatives to structure deals that are beneficial to all parties involved
- Respond promptly and professionally to dealer and customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Overcome objections using effective de-escalation and negotiation techniques
- Escalate complaints and sensitive issues to the appropriate management team when required
- Review customer files and take timely, appropriate action based on account status and business needs
- Ensure all customer and dealer information is accurately documented and updated in compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and case notes in English and French, where applicable
- Work collaboratively with internal support teams to resolve customer and dealer issues efficiently
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational excellence
- Meet and exceed established performance metrics, productivity goals, and quality expectations
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions
- Support additional duties and special projects as assigned
Daily Activity Expectations
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 100–200 dealership accounts
- Complete approximately 80–120 outbound calls per day
- Balance inbound support responsibilities with outbound relationship management and business development activities

- Sportsbook or other high-volume outbound environments
Direct B2B or dealership relationship management experience is beneficial but not required.
