After Sales Manager

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Aftersales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full after-sales service operation, including service team leadership, customer complaint resolution, warranty and repair management, and coordination with internal departments to uphold our commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians and support staff.
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and service workflow across multiple product categories.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage warranty claims, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure the availability of spare parts in collaboration with warehouse and inventory teams.
  • Maintain service tracking and reporting systems (SAP or similar).
  • Drive continuous process improvement in compliance with AEO standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aftersales or service management, ideally in the air-conditioning, electrical appliances, or mechanical equipment sectors.
  • Strong electrical technical competence—must understand and troubleshoot technical service operations.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, resolve complex service issues, and implement operational improvements.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
