Queen of the World Spa, a refined luxury spa in the heart of the Turks & Caicos Islands, is seeking an experienced Aesthetician / Spa Therapist to join our growing team. What We Offer

• Annual Salary: USD $30,000 – $40,000 (depending on experience)
• Service Gratuity: 10% of net service sales
• Work Permit: Fully sponsored by the company
• Relocation Support: 100% round-trip flight provided (to at start |from at end)
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per year (Years 1–4)

The Role

You will deliver a wide range of advanced, non-invasive aesthetic and spa treatments, combining technical expertise with warm, intuitive service. This role suits a confident professional who enjoys autonomy, client relationships, and working to a high standard in a luxury setting.

Treatments include:

• Advanced facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion & dermaplaning
• Non-invasive body contouring
• Laser hair removal and skin treatments
• Massage and body therapies
• Luxurious manicures and pedicures
• Waxing (face and body)
• Experience with lash extensions and/or brow shaping and tinting is an advantage.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Aesthetician or Spa Therapist
• Advanced training in skin care and non-invasive aesthetic treatments
• Confident performing consultations and creating personalised treatment plans
• Strong understanding of skin anatomy, conditions, and anti-ageing techniques
• Comfortable using advanced aesthetic equipment and spa software
• Excellent attention to hygiene, safety, and professional standards
• A polished, client-focused approach suited to a luxury environment
