Leading global advisory firm with a strong Eastern Caribbean presence seeks experienced professional to join its growing Barbados team, delivering high-impact corporate advisory solutions.

With a strong presence across the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) consisting of operations in Barbados, St Lucia, Antigua, Dominica, St Lucia, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Grenada and St. Kitts, they are rapidly becoming the “Go-To” Audit & Advisory firms across the region.

Due to increased demand for their services, they are actively seeking to recruit a proven professional to join the team in Barbados who will be responsible for delivering a range of advisory services to the corporate market sector.

The advisory team delivers solutions that drive impact and unlock value in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, valuations, financial analysis and modelling, restructuring, investigations and due diligence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of advisory engagements, including client relationships, team leadership, and the delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Lead the preparation of client deliverables, ensuring clarity and quality to support decision-making.
  • Manage all aspects of transactions, providing technical guidance to team members.
  • Interpret and analyze complex data to identify key business issues.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients, outlining implications and next steps
  • Motivate and coach team members, fostering performance and wellbeing.
  • Consult with internal specialists on complex risk management matters.
  • Support business development and client relationship initiatives.

 

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA, CBV).
  • Proven relevant experience in advisory or related fields.
  • Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial, and adaptable mindset.
