About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to provide essential administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This role requires someone with strong communication and coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of basic accounting and finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the organization and leadership team.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the secretariat, including scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.

  • Assist with basic accounting and finance tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, petty cash management, and reporting.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.

  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and service providers.

  • Support project coordination and event logistics as required.

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, office management, or secretariat support role.

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial processes (e.g., invoicing, petty cash, budgeting).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

  • Experience working with external stakeholders is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Finance, or related field.

  • Familiarity with accounting software or tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.

  • Prior experience in a non-profit, NGO, or member-based organization is desirable.
