The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Administrative Services Operations Lead to manage a team of up to 15 professionals. In this role, you’ll ensure the seamless delivery of administrative support services to our U.S. client, including customer communications, document processing, data analysis, travel coordination, and more.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a team of Senior Officers, Officers, and Assistant Officers
  • ​Oversee day-to-day service delivery in a virtual support model
  • ​Monitor performance against service level agreements and client expectations
  • ​Conduct quality assurance reviews and resolve operational issues
  • ​Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to implement process improvements
  • ​Train and coach team members to ensure consistent, high-quality output

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • ​At least 3 years of experience in administrative services within a large professional services environment
  • ​Minimum 2 years of people management experience
  • ​Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • ​Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
