Supports Client Intimacy and operating efficiency by welcoming and guiding all clients to appropriate JMMB services. Demonstrates client care standards such that all clients/ visitors leave with a positive first impression of JMMB’s service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience:
Act as the first point of contact at the JMMB office. Providing an exceptional client experience for our clients by providing needed support and accurate information in alignment with agreed SLAs. The Client Support Officer will promptly support with resolving both internal and client related queries/requests, inclusive of non-trade items.
Technical Support:
The Client support Officer will: Provide support to IAs, Business Development team and Trader, for new clients opening accounts. Open new accounts on JMMB Systems and third-party systems. Receive, processes and enter new orders on JMMB and third-party systems as required Enter all Investments for walk in clients Prepare daily bank deposits Processe routine transactions for clients (generating statements, conducting general account queries, preparing letters – and other transactions as may be defined from time to time. Prepare End of Day Fund Summary sheets for submission to Supervisor for checking and sign offs At the end of each day, unless otherwise instructed, update client records as per their requests and in-keeping with the law and JMMB Client Care standards.
Administration:
Receives incoming mail at the front desk. 10% Job Description/Specification Receives all calls at front desk and responsible for distributing to team members accordingly. Updates all respective logs: non-trade register, new client accounts register, cheque register, Incoming Mail Register, Fees Register
File Management:
Timely and accurate filing of all document in client files Record the movement of all files in and out of the Filing Room Ensuring that the Filing Room is always kept in a tidy and orderly manner Archiving of files and other records to file external storage Destruction of records past retention timeframes
Facilities Liaison:
Liaise with Administration Department and External Contractors to facilitate repairs Facilitate Site Visits
Supply Management:
Purchase order preparation and submission to providers Stationary purchase, coordinate distribution and management Manage of other office supplies
Demonstrates JMMB client care standards, adding a new dimension to customer intimacy, enhancing all aspects of service delivery and ensuring that clients have a comfortable, timely and informed waiting experience.
