 Administrative Intern – HR Department

Summary
The Administrative Intern (HR) will provide support to the Human Resources team in carrying out day-to-day administrative and HR functions. This role is designed to give practical exposure to core HR operations while developing organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining HR records and employee files (physical and digital).
  • Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and preparing interview documentation.
  • Update HR databases with employee information, leave records, and training data.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating staff engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Draft routine HR correspondence as requested.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Learning Outcomes

  • Exposure to HR operational processes including recruitment, onboarding, and record management.

 Administrative Intern -Public Procurement

Summary
The Procurement Administrative Intern will support the Procurement team in executing purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain activities. The role provides hands-on learning in procurement processes while strengthening administrative and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation.
  • Help maintain and update the vendor database and supplier records.
  • Support the procurement team in obtaining quotations, proposals, and bids from suppliers.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier offers by compiling comparison charts and summaries.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for procurement records and contracts.
  • Track and update procurement schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support such as correspondence, photocopying, and data entry.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel especially).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Learning Outcomes

  • Practical understanding of procurement processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in vendor management and documentation handling.
