Administrative Callers

Unicomer Barbados Limited is a trusted provider of financial solutions, dedicated to helping our customers manage credit responsibly while achieving their goals. We are currently seeking a results-driven and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Administrative Caller, supporting our collections and account management functions with efficiency and care.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all cards are issued within agreed timelines.
  • Proactively follow up with customers who have not activated their cards within the specified period.
  • Process returned cards according to company policy.
  • Handle card cancellations and blockages in line with management directives.
  • Treat all customers with dignity and respect in every interaction.
  • When customers are unreachable, make every effort to contact them through listed references.
  • Send all customer letters in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Five (5) CXC passes including Mathematics and English Language.
  • Two (2) years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Able to exercise initiative and sound judgment.
  • Competence in using advanced Excel.
  • Competence in analyzing financial information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
