Administrative Assistant for Law Firm (Work from Home)
A reputable U.S.-based law firm, is currently seeking a remote Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and receptionist support from Jamaica. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with legal administrative experience to work remotely in a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and redirect phone calls, take accurate messages when required
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email communications
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
Provide administrative support including drafting correspondence and maintaining organized legal files
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information
Support the attorney with legal tasks and ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (legal studies an asset)
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a legal environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote work technologies
Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation is an advantage
