We're Hiring an Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a mature, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong Excel skills to support our operations. The ideal candidate must be reliable, honest, and professional, with a customer-first attitude. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, handling billing, payments, data entry, and general administrative duties.
Payment Tracking & Collections: Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from clients and customers.
Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices, ensure timely billing cycles, and maintain accurate financial records.
Data Entry: Maintain and update databases with precision and speed.
Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care.
Telephone Answering: Answer calls promptly and direct them appropriately.
General Office Support: Organize files, manage office supplies, and support day-to-day office functions.
Document Preparation: Draft letters, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.
Excel Proficiency: Use Microsoft Excel to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets related to finance, reporting, or scheduling.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative or clerical role.
Education: 5 CXC subjects including Math and English.
