Job Summary/Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative
Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an entry level
position ideal for someone with accounting background
and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites. The
incumbent will handle communications; maintain files and
other daily office operations while providing the necessary
support to team members.
Responsibilities include but is not limited to :
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Assist with filing and data entry
Perform general administrative duties
Use Microsoft Word, Excel and other Office applications efficiently
Maintain accurate records
Maintain confidentially of company information
Invoicing
Inventory keeping
Requirements:
Basic accounting knowledge
Good communication skills
Good Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites especially Microsoft word and excel
Minimum of 5 CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics
Experience
Prior Administrative and accounting experience
