Job Summary: Responsible for the efficient operation of front office functions and customer support services. Provide support to all staff through a variety of tasks related to daily operations. Versed in a number of office administrative concepts, practices and procedures.

Administrative Assistant

(Permanent)

Location: St. James/Maraval

Salary: $5,500.00

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and by email.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare quotations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain filling system, contact lists, and office supplies.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support general office upkeep and equipment maintenance.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve routine administrative issues and any other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in office administration or customer service, including three (3) years in a customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
