The Admin/Accounts Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the efficient operation of the Accounts Department. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in financial processes, effective communication across departments, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Process bank transfers and ensure timely execution.
Validate and enter invoices into the accounting system.
Validate Debt Insertion Forms and supporting documentation.
Ensure bank accounts are updated, reconciled, and functioning smoothly.
Oversee workflow processes within the Accounts Department to support efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate effectively with internal departments to address and resolve administrative and client-related issues.
Follow up on outstanding client administrative matters as required.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate meeting reports and filing systems.
Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Senior Manager or Managing Director as assigned.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
