Accounts Receivables Officer

Assist with the reconciliation of customer accounts; assist with special projects and ensure the relevant deposits are made on a daily basis
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer balances and determine critical collections
- Ensure that adjustable credit are made on the relevant sub-ledger
- Communicate with customers daily to ensure collections
- Prepare deposits for daily banking
- Allocate deposits to correct invoices in customer’s accounts
- Ensure that there are no unapplied payments regarding customer’s ledger
- Prepare credit note as necessary
- Assist with retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of accounts records from archives
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- ACCA Level 1 or 2 or a related discipline
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in the field of Financial Accounting
- Experience with Peach Tree
