Job Summary

We are seeking the ideal candidate to fill the role of Accounts Payables Clerk. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the accurate preparation & settlement of tSupplier and Client payables, and data entry in the accounting software so that the organization can achieve its mission whilst executing its core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all Invoice, for payment to the relevant expense account along with applicable taxes in the system.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Prepare salary deduction disbursements from payroll
  • Reconcile assigned Supplier Accounts, and Payables Subledger
  • Maintain the Petty Cash Float
  • Maintain established operating procedures to minimize financial risks and other exposures.
  • Prepare Invoice for Commission disbursement.
  • Maintain and organize accounting files and agreements.
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Assist team with annual financial audit.
  • Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years related experience.
