Accounts Payable Clerk
 
The Accounts Payable Clerk is a crucial role in ensuring the accurate processing of cheque payments for all suppliers.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all invoices are properly authorized as per MegaMart’s policy and procedures. 
  • Process cheque payments in order to pay suppliers on time. 
  • Liaise with external suppliers when necessary.
  • Assist the finance team in other reasonable duties as requested by the Financial Controller. 
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years previous experience working similar role.
  • Data Entry.
  • Phone Etiquette.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Good organizational behavior skills for interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt oneself to a critical situation.
