We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team. The role involves managing invoices, handling clinic supplies, generating deposits, maintaining records, and supporting the finance/administration department.

Branch: Head office

Department: Finance / Administration

Position: Accounts Clerk

Working hours

8:00AM to 4:00PM

Monday to Friday & 8:00AM to 1:00PM every alternate Saturday.

Qualifications and Experience:

Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, FIA or equivalent

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online

1 year work experience in a similar role


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all Invoices are completed daily 

  • Ordering of Clinic supplies  

  • Generating weekly deposits 

  • Packing Stocks for Branches weekly

  • Ensure adherence to approved filing and record keeping policies

  • Other duties as requested by management.
