Position: Accounts Clerk
Working hours
8:00AM to 4:00PM
Monday to Friday & 8:00AM to 1:00PM every alternate Saturday.
Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, FIA or equivalent
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online
1 year work experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all Invoices are completed daily
Ordering of Clinic supplies
Generating weekly deposits
Packing Stocks for Branches weekly
Ensure adherence to approved filing and record keeping policies
Other duties as requested by management.
