Accounts Administrative Clerk
Education and Experience
- 5 or more CSEC CXC passes including Mathematics, English A and Principles of Accounting/Business
- At least two years of experience in an administrative or customer service environment.
Role Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the following functions:
- Preparing purchase orders
- Preparing zero rating requests
- Preparing and emailing monthly invoices
- Following up with tenants for collection of any outstanding rent or maintenance fees
- Maintaining a collection report for all tenants
- Assisting the Group Accountant and Administrative Coordinator with various tasks as required
- Providing support to the accounting team during external audits
- Preparing supplier statements and reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly cash reports
- Preparation of weekly or bi-weekly payment authorization reports
- Filing supporting documents
- Providing support to the AVP of Finance with the month-end accounting process
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required, such as responding to inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating internal communications.
