The role of the Project Officer is responsible for reconciliation and reporting on, as well as to review, analyze and provide detailed insight into the differences in the portfolio reporting framework.

JOB SUMMARY

The role of the Project Officer is responsible for reconciliation and reporting on, as well as to review, analyze and provide detailed insight into the differences in the portfolio reporting framework.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reconcile and provide corrective entries as necessary for differences between the systems.
  • Review and highlight any process deficiencies across the reporting.
  • Liaising with other departments and stakeholders to ensure process deficiencies are corrected.
  • Liaising with the Information Technology department to obtain improved and corrected reports to aid in the reconciliation process.
  • Preparation of correction journals where necessary
  • Assist with other balance sheet account reconciliations involves in corrective measures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • ACCA qualification or equivalent tertiary education
  • Three (3) years working experience in a reconciliations type role
  • Audit Experience would be preferred
  • Knowledge of Insurance would be preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience

8 – 4:30, Monday to Friday.

In-office role.
