SPANISH GRAIN STORE LTD IS SEEKING TO RECRUIT A DEDICATED, COMPETENT, AND SELF-MOTIVATED CANDIDATE TO APPLY FOR THE POSITION OF:

Accounting Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Processing daily bank reconciliation, sales and petty cash reconciliation
• Container tracking
• Prepare the budget for all payables
• Enter payables using QuickBooks
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure statement accuracy
• Assist with supplier statement verification and budgeting
• Preparation of Branch Accounts.
• Generate financial and accounting reports and perform other tasks related to core job function.

Qualifications:

• BSc. in Accounting, Finance, Management Studies, or a related field.
• ACCA/ACA qualifications would be an asset

Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years accounting experience.

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Analytical acumen with a good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and with attention to detail.

• Food Handler’s Permit
