As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking to add an experienced professional to their Barbados-based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the international business sector and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, tax management, and broader statutory compliance requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and account reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, accompanied by meaningful financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Support clients with international and cross‑border transactions, ensuring adherence to applicable accounting and tax standards.
• Design, enhance, and implement tools and processes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Analyse financial and operational data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in international or cross‑border accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and relevant tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting and ERP software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem‑solving abilities.
